Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday:
10.00-18.00
Museum of Innocence will be closed only on Mondays and on January 1st and on the first days of Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid al-Adha every year.
Tickets
You can buy your tickets from the booth on the left hand side of the entrance from Tuesday to Sunday between 10.00 - 17.30 or make a group reservation by sending an e-mail to info@masumiyetmuzesi.org
The ticket printed on the final pages of Orhan Pamuk's The Museum of Innocence can be stamped at the museum’s ticket office upon presentation as an official invitation.
Entry Fee
General Admission: 650 TL
Children under the age of 12, ICOM card holders, licensed tour guides, visitors with disabilities, and accredited members of the press are admitted free of charge.
Audio Guide in Turkish, English and Russian: 50 TL per visitor
Please note that only the ground floor of the museum is wheelchair accessible.

Tramvay ile gelenler Tophane durağında inip yaklaşık 8 dakika yürüyerek müzeye ulaşabilir.
Park
Müzenin kendi otoparkı bulunmamaktadır.
Müzemizin yalnızca giriş katı, tekerlekli sandalye kullanan ziyaretçilerimiz ve refakatçileri için erişilebilirdir. Diğer katlara erişim sağlanabilmesi için refakatçi desteği gerekmektedir.
